2012 Meeting Schedule

Regular Public Meetings are on the first Thursday of the month at 7pm at the Bullfrog Brewery - Jeremiah's.

January 5th - New Facebook page presented

February 2nd - William Been - Author of "Masters of Audacity and Deceit" talks about the economic turmoil, what and who caused it, and what to do about it.

February 13th -  Susquehanna Valley Conservatives - Public Meeting - Panel Discussion with Republican Primary candidates for US Senate seat of incumbent Bob Casey.

March 1st - Sam Rohrer - Candidate in Republican Primary for US Senate will talk about his adherence to the Constitution and it's basis in his voting decisions.

March 15th - Workshop - Ana Puig & Anastasia - Return to Williamsport to conduct a workshop to help you take an active roll in the 2012 elections.

April 5th - Marc Scaringi @ 7pm -  Lohman Henry - Chairman of Lincoln Institute @  8pm - Followed by questions for US Senate primary candidate Marc Scaringi.

May 3rd - Nathan A. Benefield - Director of Policy Analysis for the Commonwealth Foundation for Public Policy Alternatives.

June 7th - No meeting

July 5th - Delegates to the Republican National Convention - They will provide us with insight into the delegate and convention process and what we might expect out of Tampa.

August 2nd - State of the Tea Party - Report on our Legislation, Short talk on restoring liberty, Quizzo primer, discussion and short video clips.    A mixed bag of citizen action.

August 3rd - 1st Friday - Visit our table outside the Genetti Hotel during the 1st Friday Event in downtown Williamsport.

August 3rd - Constitutional Quizzo - Come test your knowledge of the Constitution against other teams and win prizes.

September 6th - Focus on Local Government - County Commissioner Tony Mussare will discuss Lycoming County budget, and what you can do to support fiscal discipline. Williamsport Holiday Inn at 7pm.

October 1st - Dinesh D'Souza "The Roots of Obama's Rage"

WHEN: Monday, October 1st

TIME:   7:30PM

WHERE: BucknellUniversity - Trout Auditorium (VaughnLiteratureBuilding)

Details: Dinesh D’Souza will speak about multiculturalism and "The Roots of Obama’s Rage". His New York Times best seller served as the basis for the movie, 2016 Obama’s America. He is being hosted by the Bucknell University Conservatives Club. Plan to hear Dinesh D’Souza and show your support for the BUCC.

October 2nd - "Hands Off Our Healthcare Rally" - Americans for Prosperity, Pennsylvania is sponsoring a Rally at the Capitol to fight back against the health care exchanges, and your voice is needed.

October 4th - "We the Taxpayers" - Dawn Meling - Deputy Director of Public Affairs, Community Liaison for the Commonwealth Foundation will speak.  Whether it’s the growth of government dependence through welfare and Medicaid expansion under Obamacare or the massive pension crisis that threatens our schools, cities, and homes, We the Taxpayers must stand up against the Government Union Party in order to save the American way of life. October 8th - Panel Discussion

WHEN: Monday, October 8th

TIME:   7:00PM

WHERE: Campus Theatre in downtown Lewisburg

Details:"A Vision for America---the Conservative versus Liberal Perspective"

Panelists will present their "vision for America", challenge the opposing panelists, and take questions from the audience.

Moderator:  Dr. Gary Sojka

Conservative Panelists:  Andre Harper & Ana Puig

Liberal Panelists:  Peter Kresel & John Peeler

November 3rd - "Victory Event with Paul Ryan"
